Very rude answering the phone, only has one installer who I scheduled with to perform my install. They did not show up, I called both of them and they were unapologetic and basically told me oh well. VERY expensive as well, installers on Thumbtack charge 1/3 the price to install as well.
Contact multiple times, promised to call back and send emails with quotes. Literally offering up whatever they wanted, I would’ve paid but they literally didn’t care.
Response was quick, installation done well for the dog door. I highly recommend Alamo Pet Doors and Pet Fences for your needs. They answered my calls immediately and setup the install without delay.
