David Kerf is fabulous!!! I wanted to find someone local to help turn down the correction on my 15 year-old Invisible Fence collars. David would have been happy to work with our old equipment, but after he showed me how the PetStop equipment works, I decided to upgrade our collars and transmitter. I had this company come out to repair my electric fence. He came out but left a loop above ground. I am sure it was human error. The problem is when you call to have this corrected, he does not respond. I have called and left messages numerous times. I have sent him a picture. No response!! He will never respond but ignores you. This is not a customer service organization or a reputable company. He does not care about your dog or the safety of your dog. .i would never recommend this company.
This guy is great. He put a Pet stop system in for me a 4-5 years ago, and the system has been working great. I needed to make some adjustments to the programming for a new puppy, and he took the time to clearly explain how to configure the system to where I needed it to be. His pricing was good, the equipment has held up well for a few years now, and support later is also excellent. Highly recommend. Thanks!
I swapped out my invisible fence brand for Pet Stop brand. David is an amazing expert and is very responsive to any question or any call I’ve made. His expertise and customer service has made me a customer for life. The product is excellent as well, but the service was fantastic.
Dave is wonderful! We had him out to test and repair a Pet Stop fence that was installed almost 20 years ago (and still works with his help!), and train our new dog on the fence. He is professional, knowledgeable, so helpful, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Dave and Pet Stop!
