Contacted Pet Stop of Nashville for a warranty repair for an old system that they didn’t even install. So nice and helpful. Great communication and quick service. Very thankful! Completely recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about Pet Stop of Nashville. I originally had my dog fence installed by another company and it was nothing but problems from the start. I have 3 dogs on the system, and the fence only worked about half the time. To make matters worse, despite paying a lot of money and being under a one-year warranty, the installer completely ignored my calls when I reached out for service. We recently moved. we have three dogs weighing between 80 and 65 lbs. We had a pet containment system from another company who used to have an office in Nashville but nviow do not. The service from the prior company has deteriorated. I contacted Pet Stop of Nashville and discovered Bart Boozer, who sold me my initial system was now with Pet Smart. Whether it’s installation, maintenance, or just answering questions, they always go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers this level of service year after year. Highly recommend Pet Stop if you’re looking for a trustworthy invisible fence company!
Bart and Pet Stop are fantastic. I've had two other similar services in another state, loved them both, but Bart far exceeds them. He and his team will do what you need and what you want - and when you want it. We had a wire break that I called in and it was fixed within a day. They truly care about good service and fast service. Forget Invisible Fence, they are past history.
