We have been working with Pet Stop of Cincinnati for well over 30 years and they are GREAT. If we’ve had a problem with a line, they were quick to come out and check it. The system works great for our two big dogs. Most recently we were at our cabin, where we also have a Pet Stop system. It is over 500 miles from Cincinnati. The collar receiver went out. Pet Stop had a new collar receiver on the way same day. Truly outstanding service! We would highly recommend Pet Stop of Cincinnati.

We had issues with our invisible fence after a recent lightning storm. We called and they came out same day to do the necessary repairs! They were quick, professional, and did an excellent job. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
The installation took about two hours. The installer was very professional and helped us understand how the system works. He walked our 11 month old puppy around the fence while showing us how to train her. I highly recommend this company. Week 2: the fence is amazing. Works perfectly!
