I have used Todd at Pet Stop for over 10 years. He has never ignored my calls. He has never promised to deliver and not delivered. Todd is always available when I need him and very easy to work with. I recently needed him to fix my fence and check my collars. I had to reschedule several times and he responded graciously. I will always use Todd at Pet Stop for my animals' needs.
Gene is lovely, but like menu of the small businesses of today, overworked and understaffed. I'm thrilled with the fence, and the installer was patient with me and my puppy Bradley.
I contacted several companies, requested quotes from three, and ultimately chose Pet Stop of NE Ohio. I spoke and dealt with one person (the owner, Todd) from the beginning to the end, and I’m glad I did! He was on time, worked quickly and was respectful of me and my property. He underpromised and over delivered. I am pleased with his work and highly recommend Todd and his company.
Todd was very knowledgeable about the Pet Stop products. With his experience with this product it was installed & set up in a timely manner. He very professional & courteous. Stopping by afterwards to make sure every is ok. We would highly recommend him.
