Wish Todd and his business had more reviews. This guy is AWESOME. Super nice and got right to work. Our puppy Molson thanks him - super reasonable and super quick. Already installed in hours and coming back in 3 days to do more training. Cannot recommend him enough.
We had a great experience with pet stop. Todd was prompt in following up with us for a quote and very easy to work with on the install. We opted to go with the version that includes the app. We are all set up now and Ralphie can roam around the yard!
I have used Todd at Pet Stop for over 10 years. He has never ignored my calls. He has never promised to deliver and not delivered. Todd is always available when I need him and very easy to work with. I recently needed him to fix my fence and check my collars. I had to reschedule several times and he responded graciously. I will always use Todd at Pet Stop for my animals' needs.
Gene is lovely, but like menu of the small businesses of today, overworked and understaffed. I'm thrilled with the fence, and the installer was patient with me and my puppy Bradley.
