I found a problem with our Pet Stop dog fence on a Saturday and called Catherine the same day. She got back to me very quickly and set up an appointment for Monday morning. Mike came on Monday morning and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing it immediately. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. You can't beat their responsiveness and quality service.
