Even after a year has gone by I still get angry at the "care" we recieved. After tortureing my cat with a 4 day hospital stay, saying he would improve with iv antibiotics, they finally agreed with us that it was a stomach abstruction. After draining 8 thousand they demanded another 10 thousand to operate. We hit our limit and was forced to put him down, even after begging them to lower the price they refused to claim any responsability and said putting down a 10 year old cat wasnt all that bad.
Yeah this place is not very good. I believe my dog passed away because of their "care" due to inexperience. Not sure this is the best option for pets with cancer! Staff wise I never had any issues but just way too expensive for any regrets.
