Tried to book through here, agreed on a day. I asked what to expect for cost, if they took card, and if pick was immediately after the appointment. I text the day before. Appointment day rolls around, I never get confirmation from them. I call the morning of the appointment. No answer. I load my 12 week puppy into the car for a 30 minute drive, I arrive to the salon, and these mouthbreathers call me as I’m about to walk in. We were going through a move and wanted to give Charlie a good bath because he sheds quite a bit and didn’t want to bring it into our new place. Everyone at pet spa did an awesome job and he had a really enjoyable experience. As he can see, he’s a special boy.
