I came here after a truly horrific experience with a tech at the vet I had used for many years. They were so kind, so patient and so reassuring. I was treated like the human being (and customer!) I am and Spike was treated like the feline being he is. Changing vets was a necessity and I am so happy I chose Pet Shield. I need a LOT more than five stars Google!
