I took my 3 month old matipoo to get groomed. When I made the appointment they told me I had to leaveher for no more than two hours. She was finally ready after five hours. She was starving (I left food) and thirsty when she got home. The next time I tried to bath her she was frightened of the water. I won't be using them again.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great prices and quality products. I love this place!

i bought a baby cocktail that was supposed to be weaned and in good health. Within two days we had to take it to the vet. The bird was under weight and in respiratory distress. 150 dollars later we are having to hand feed, administer medication and nurse it back to health. I recommend taking your bird purchase to the vet as soon as possible.

Was not even acknowledged when I walked into store even though I was the only customer in there and the entire staff was hanging around the front counter. I was looking at fish for 20 minutes which I noticed so many were dead in the tank. That totally bummed me out. Why did they leave all the dead fish in there? But the one thing that really got to me and made me leave...they had holiday themed fish that were written on. They had been taken out of the tank, had messages and designs drawn all over them and put back in the wat... read more

This person has visited the wrong Facebook page. What type of a person makes up stories abount writing on fish with Markers ?We don't have many fish pass away at our store and certainly scoop them out when it happens.
