Kind and empathetic throughout process of burying our beloved feline. No pressure to buy or upsale. This family business cares about the customer and their pet. I can't imagine a better place for laying a furry friend to rest.
The staff at Pet Rest Gardens are phenomenal! They were very kind and compassionate when we brought our dog in for cremation. Words cannot express how thankful I am for their service.
My cat passed away recently and we took him to Pet Rest Gardens. Our experience was not great. Their communication was awful and they treated us like we were a problem every time we tried calling to get an update on when we would get our boy back. Each time they said with attitude “Well we are just extremely busy” which I can sympathize with, but do not take your frustrations out on me.
