The staff at Pet Rest Gardens are phenomenal! They were very kind and compassionate when we brought our dog in for cremation. Words cannot express how thankful I am for their service.

My cat passed away recently and we took him to Pet Rest Gardens. Our experience was not great. Their communication was awful and they treated us like we were a problem every time we tried calling to get an update on when we would get our boy back. Each time they said with attitude “Well we are just extremely busy” which I can sympathize with, but do not take your frustrations out on me. A peaceful place to take your fur baby for their final rest. The staff is welcoming and the prices are reasonable.

They have always taken good care of our cremations with our dogs. Recently, we had to have our golden put down on a Sunday. I checked website it said they were open from 3 to 4. We were there at 3. On the door it said by appointment only. Had I known this it would have saved a lot of trouble dealing with a deceased dog on Memorial weekend.
