Great staff! Have been using them for boarding last 6 years for our 3 labradors.
Previously we have had great service but high $$$$. Twice now when we return for follow up visits, we are waiting over 1 1/2 hours. 30 minutes in the lobby, 1 hour in the room. While in the waiting room other patience with appointments after us were taken first. When weighing in all techs are just standing there. When in the room a tech comes in and personable.
