Previously we have had great service but high $$$$. Twice now when we return for follow up visits, we are waiting over 1 1/2 hours. 30 minutes in the lobby, 1 hour in the room. While in the waiting room other patience with appointments after us were taken first. When weighing in all techs are just standing there. When in the room a tech comes in and personable. If you LOVE your pet you will be very happy with the care they provide here,, they loved my dog for a week just like I would,,,, you will love them too.
