I love this place. It’s one of the best veterinarians I’ve ever been through throughout my time as an owner of a service guide dog. Coffee Road Animal Hospital is one of the best in Bakersfield.
This is a revised review. For Years I kudnt thank Coffee Rd animal hospital enough. There use to be a genuine display of care and affection from the people working there 2wards pets. Then few "new faces" kinda took that caring part away and treated it just like a business, strictly business.It was a business then and it is a business now, i get it. Brought my son (elderly cat) in for a wound treatment and lethargy. Staff were incredibly kind and compassionate. Dr. M was very thoughtful and patient with me and my boy. She clearly explained my options. Bless her heart, I was an emotional mess and she answered all my questions with the gentleness and patience of a saint. Baby boy is doing great! The staff gave me the equipment and knowledge to improve his quality of life and I am so grateful to have had their support.
It was pleasant like it was with my prior GSD 14 years ago.
