From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, upbeat, and kind. I brought both of my Aussies in for grooming, and they did an amazing job! Taylor was fantastic with communication before the appointment, and Jillian was so patient and helpful once we arrived. Took my dog to get neutered by Dr. Todd around 2 years ago. Got charged over $600 for it and ever since my dog has not been able to hold his bladder. Talked to multiple vets and they said this is not normal. Obviously Dr. Todd did something wrong but refuses to acknowledge it.
We called with concerns about our 6 week old kitten. They got us an appointment, scheduled 45 minutes after we called! We got right in upon check-in & they took great care of our baby! The staff & doctor are amazing, super friendly & highly recommended this clinic. Thank you for caring for our baby!
