My 10 yr old got a tank from PetSmart, and after 7 dead fish we decided to go elsewhere. I found Pet Parlor through Google, gave them a call and then went by. Instantly my closed off, quiet, shy little girl bloomed under Elaine's attention! She talked to my daughter, walked her around, and become good friends! The store is well stocked and reasonably priced. I have been going there for years and was very happy....NO MORE. I was treated so rudely that I will NEVER be back. I did ask a stupid question but did not need chastised for it. I would call the owner one of the most rudest people I have ever met.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, very reasonable prices, and a wide range of products for every creature! Getting pet food used to be a chore but I look forward to stopping by pet parlor every time. Highly recommend!
This is the only place I buy my pet supplies from. They're super nice and my pup and I both love seeing all their pets running around :)
