I once gave this Parlor a poor rating because of the style cut they gave my bichon. The ears were cut short and that was the first time we had ever seen that. (I thought they would never grow back, but they did!) However I immediately took down the review because it was mean spirited and done in an emotional tirade. The honest truth is they give excellent (cat) grooming.
