I am extremely disappointed and honestly heartbroken by the experience I had this morning at the Winter Garden Pet Paradise location. My dog has been a Pet Paradise client since she was an infant. She has boarded and been groomed at the Kissimmee and Lake Nona locations multiple times without ever having an issue. I have never once had a groomer tell me she growled or snarled.
