This was a great experience for my German Shepherd. She was abandoned and abused before we adopted her, so she has a good amount of trauma. Pet Paradise was so caring, and the facility is really a Pet Paradise! Tiana was amazing as a handler, and gave me a great report card so I could understand how she did there. I already booked a boarding, and doing another day camp before that. What a relief to find this place!
I felt confident and assured that my dog Kylie would be well taken care of. They did not disappoint. Every employee I encountered was truly a pet lover.
Do not board your dog at any of their locations. They will not inform you when things are wrong with your dog, and when you bring it to their attention and send photos they deny everything. Then when you go back and asked some clarification they are very rude to you. I will never board my dog here again after the last experience.
Check in and out process is slow, but they do a great job otherwise.
Absolutely the best pet boarding one can find. I trust these folks with my dog completely.
