Was great. They took great care of my pup. I had been worried since he hadn't been socialized, but that fear was short-lived as I watched on the camera feeds of him playing with the other dogs and clinging close to the caretakers. Being able to check in at any time to see which area they're taking the pups to was a great feature. It allowed me to see that the staff was very trustworthy. I was told my puppy would be slowly introduced into the day care, it was like feeding him to wolves! He was trying to escape within 5 minutes. We watched as handler did nothing- there was a bigger dog they claimed as a puppy chasing and cornering not only my puppy but other dogs and nipping at them! That dog should have been removed. There was 30+ dogs 2 handlers. We stood snd watched for 10-15 minutes the handlers were just on their phones or talking to each other. We also witnessed humping with no correction.
