I wish I could give this place zero stars. I had a wonderful experience with pet paradise in Tallahassee, so I assumed the same would be true here. I dropped my dog off and after two days did not receive an update. I called and asked why. I asked should I have received an update. She said yes I should have. She went and checked on him and said he looks good to her. Then 10 minutes later I received an AI generated update saying he was having a wonderful time. Buyer beware on purchasing day camp. They expire! We purchased 10 a year ago and when we did no one said they expired. Read fine print!
