Couldn't reccomend a better pet boarding facility in the Tampa Area. Staff truly cares about our pets. No one I trust more to watch my dog when I am away. Dig here always seem happy and well cared for.
Had the worst experience with the “manager” Lani. As I mentioned, my 7lb Yorkie was covered in urine upon pickup and after waiting ages to be contacted by a manager, I was contacted by the rudest, most condescending person I have ever spoken to. She is incredibly unfit to be in a customer service role, let alone a management role. I am disgusted by her demeanor and I will make sure I tell everyone about my experience here.
