I have sent my dogs here for years. I trusted that when they told me my dogs wouldn’t eat that they diligently tried different ways to get them to eat. I trusted when they told me one of my dogs was so nervous that she wouldn’t leave her kennel for the first couple of days that skilled dog trainers attempted to befriend her. Our first time leaving our pup at Pet Paradise and we had a great experience. She is 15yrs old and gets anxious but they did everything to make her feel welcome and comfortable. We booked the Tiny Town Cabana for 5 days with daily picture and report updates and a bath at the end. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommended.
Went to drop off my dog and was told he couldn’t stay because he needed some vaccine. However when I made the reservation this was never mentioned. They lied and said they sent an email. If I didn’t respond to an email why didn’t you call? Wanted to charge me to take the dog to the vet and also pay the vet for the shot. Two things I was not prepared to pay for. Very unprofessional.
