Really great place for a pup vacations. It’s the 2nd time we have used them and it’s been great! The entire staff is friendly and very good about communication. I love the fact I get report cards and pics or videos of Mando when he goes to camp. Highly recommended!
TLDR : Friendly staff, happy dog, great experience I was pretty nervous boarding my elderly dog, Titus, as I usually have a pet sitter, but decided to give boarding a try since I was going to be gone for an extended period of time. I couldn’t be happier that I did! He spent part of the day in Tiny Town with other smaller dogs and I was able to see him on video which was super nice. Each staff member at Pet Paradise WGV is helpful, friendly, welcoming and professional! Jack can’t contain his excitement on arrival. He enjoys being greeted by and playing with his friends, both human and pups.
Great experience. It was our first time there as we were just visiting town and we brought our puppy for a bath. Everything went great, we picked him up and we drove back home (2 hours away). They forgot to put his collar back on and reached out to us but we were home already. They were so nice that they made the effort to mail it to our house! Thank you so much it meant a lot for us.
