Great place for boarding pets. Professional and friendly staff. Fantastic facilities and I love that you are able to view your pet via webcam.
I really like this place — the staff is always kind and welcoming, and my Pomeranian has usually had good experiences here. However, this last mini grooming was disappointing. I only asked for a small trim around her face and tail, but her hair ended up very uneven on the face, ears, tail, and chest. Her coat wasn’t properly dried or fluffy, and her paws were not well-shaped. It felt like the service was rushed compared to previous visits. I still appreciate this place and its team, but I hope this was just a one-time issue.
The staff was especially nice. I received pictures of my dog and she was very happy while at Paradise. She got lots of activity as well. I would highly recommend pet paradise!
The World Golf Village location is perfect for us. The staff is friendly and professional. From boarding to picking up our two Boxers is always a pleasant experience
