This was the single worst experience we have ever had at a boarding facility. When booking my appointment for 2 dogs I expected my dogs to be boarded in 2 separate crates . However when you call pet paradise and book for 2 dogs they automatically put the dogs in 1 crate without disclosing this . I was expected to know this is in advance . The simple question of do you want the dogs together or separate would have prevented a very expensive vet visit. This was a terrible ! Doggy day camp is EXCELLENT!!! Our dog absolutely LOVES it! He’s happy and exhausted when we pick him up - MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!
They are simply amazing, they truly care about your pet.
I was extremely pleased with the overnight boarding stay and care my chocolate lab received. The staff were kind, caring and responsive to any questions raised and communicated with me regarding any inquiries they had while he was staying at Pet Paradise. I highly recommend this boarding facility and will use them again in the future.
