I so love Pet Paradise!! I feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby here.
I have been boarding my dog here for nearly 3 years and am totally hurt and disappointed by how both he and I were recently treated. He was booked for a 7 day boarding with a bath scheduled on pick up day. In short, staff deleted his bath reservation and lied about it, he was returned to me with injury without notification/explanation, and weighed 3 lbs. less than when I dropped him off.
Excellent facility and staff. They take excellent care of my dog, Max.
Our dog loves going here! We got him a patio since he stayed for a few days.
