When I went to pick up my Dog, he smelled like urine. His paws were wet. I had to take him to get groomed.
Always awesome! Staff and facility are amazing! My Old English Bulldog sweetie, Sasha, completed the 28 day boarding training program which was wonderful 🥰Hunter, the trainer, is the absolute best. Sasha got sooo much love from the team and we still board often. In fact, Sasha’s mom, Ada, comes down from DC and boards from time to time with Boss, her Frenchie play uncle. We love 💕 Pet Paradise !!!
I cannot say enough good things about the manager at Pet Paradise, Jeremy. While I was out of state, my dog had a medical emergency — and he didn’t hesitate. He personally made sure she was taken to the emergency vet not once, but twice, and stayed on top of her care the entire time. He kept me informed, treated her like she was his own, and made decisions that clearly put her health and safety first. Live Per Paradise. They take great care of my Grizzly. He has fun, gets great exercise and is ready for naps when he comes home. Best part is they are always able to take him at the last minute for day camp. Great for when an unexpected events comes up. Thanks
I never wrote a review the first time but I wanted to chime in on the last review about our dog coming back smelling like pee and with a weird oily texture. They charged so much and clearly didn't take care of him. His name is Rocko and I'm looking for the picture of how he came back to us to add here. He looked so freaked out. Would NOT recommend.
