I'm very disappointed in this location. The last 3 times Nugget had a reservation here, it has taken more than 30 min to even be helped. They seem VERY understaffed upfront. Some of us drop our dog off because we can't keep them at home while we work and need to get to said job on time. We arrive early in hopes we'll get checked in but the last 3 times I was late for work due to theyre staffing issues. YALL- they don’t make them like this where I’m from 😭😭 I’ve never ever seen a facility like this!! It is immaculate, and the level of service was unmatched!! I was just visiting from out of town but I’m so sad to leave this place behind bc my dogs absolutely loved it, I felt safe with them there, and the staff was so sweet. It was the quality of service, level of professionalism, & competence from the staff that really gives this place a high score! I’ll definitely be back when I come through Richmond next time! 10/10

First-timer and I was dissapointed. I never received updates, had no clue which camera to watch for watching my puppy. Bath was sceduled specific time when arrived my puppy wasnt ready, had to leave and return later. The facility is clean and decorative but staff needs to carry out the amenities i.e. updates, explain discounts (I wasn't aware of Miltary.discounts), etc. Most importantly, during check-in I informed them of a scratch on the neck.
