Their website booking doesn't state what paperwork is required, nor do they send you an email asking for it. They let you walk in to drop your pets off and then turn you away without a care. It doesn't matter that we provided proof that we were not asked for paperwork at all since the reservation was made, and the manager refused to do anything to help us.
