I must start by saying the groomer did a wonderful job, perfect. I gave 3 stars because I waited well over 15 mins in line, there is no one to answer the phone, and they do not except care credit. I called and carecredit said no such transaction has come through. If you have the time to give and pay with cash or visa. Be my guest
Great place to take your pet for either a day or overnight stay or for grooming.Prices are very reasonable. Strongly recommend
The staff is friendly and good atmosphere for the dogs. Chole get good care and I don’t have to worry about him.

I am very disappointed with this location I have been canceled two times for my shepherd's grooming appointment. this last one was 30 min before the time. with no compensation or an alternative to get him done. DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. They will just cancel on you with no thought to your travel time and schedule. I understand things happen but offer something to the customer for the inconvenience, sorry doesn't cut it.
