Extraordinarily clean. Well equipped facility. Spacious. Staff is friendly and professional. I feel safe leaving my pet here. Recommended.
It was my first time having to board my mini poodle. The staff was very warm and the place was really clean. I loved watching my baby on the camera to see how he was getting along. After a couple of days I called to check-in and got a full report. I went there based on a recommendation, the location is actually far from me, however this where I plan to drop him off on my next trip.
Great stay, they were lovely from check in to check out. Love getting updates and being able to see her on camera having the best time ever!
All the staff is very nice. I feel very good with my dog there. The staff watches the dogs, plays with them. My dog is very happy and tired when he comes home.
I went ony very first cruise to the Bahamas for a week. I had never left my 2 furbabies my children before and I tried 2 ppl and neither of them could keep my babies. Sooo I called pet paradise and even though it was a bit pricey, it was very well worth it, they loved it. The only complaint I have was that my baby girl has allergies and her eyes gets the nasty goop in them and tear stains, noone took the time to clean her face for her, it wasn't for me but for her who would want to walk around and have a messy face?
