BORDETELLA and MORE! I boarded my dog, Rocco, here 3 times in the last 4 months, usually 11-15 days each time. He was completely vaxxed prior to his 1st stay & has NEVER bit/attacked another dog or human. They would NOT honor the remaining 800+ reward points I had accumulated for all 3 stays. Total cost: $1733! Rocco was diagnosed with Bordetella, AKA Kennel Cough, by my vet' the next day. This was an additional $149.25 for the antibiotics & services. They wouldn't let me see the room where they kept my dog when I came to pick her up which made me suspicious. My dog didn't look well when I picked her up, she looked foggy and sleepy, as if she has been sedated. She is never like that. They didn't let her play with other puppies because she was too young but they didn't tell me that when I dropped her, they told me that after I picked her up. Shad is in for a great weekend. Visited pet paradise and was so impressed. Shad loves to swim and I think she'll have an amazing staycation. Pet paradise was clean and very organized. I feel confident she will have safe stay.

My husband and I had business in St Augustine for the day and didn't want to leave our 2 golden behind, 2 hours away. Found this place on the web and we are so glad we did. The young staff was great, friendly and very engaged. Although our girl was timid at first, the staff encouraged her and she started to play. Our boy was in the pool as soon as he could and when we returned 3 hours later, they even blew him dry for the 2 hr drive home. We dropped our 15lb dog off at 9am for grooming at this place. They call us at 1pm and say they can't groom him because he is aggressive and trying to bite them. Really? our dog is the BIGGEST baby there is, he loves people, other dogs, and attention from anyplace he can get it. In 4 years he has NEVER bitten or even growled at anyone. Our pups are always well taken care of and have a ball playing with other pups at Pet Paradise We never worry when they are there-we know they will have a great time!!!
