This was our first experience at Pet Paradise and it was fantastic. The staff was very professional and friendly. They treated my dog "Bear" like he was a long time friend (which made it easier for me to leave him.). I was very happy and impressed with our experience and will definitely be staying with Pet Paradise again!
Always feel confident leaving the dog at Pet Paradise Resort. With a professional facility with friendly staff, it's always an easy decision when needing to book a stay.
Loved how the comments given to me about my dogs stay really reflected my dogs personalities, leading me to believe the employees really do take time with the dogs and treat them like family.

Ollie and Bella love to come for a visit and I feel so comfortable when leaving them . The staff is fabulous and so caring . I can tell by my "paw card" they interacted with them as they reflect their personalities. The staff was friendly as always, my dogs seemed happy as they always do and I believe they genuinely care at Pet Paradise. I know my dogs and they all seemed to enjoy the staff by giving kisses or saying good by in their own way. My family's dogs now stay here and mine will continue to as well. This despite there being good kennels 5 minutes from my home, Pet Paradise simply seems to be the best spot for my dogs.
The dog loves it and the employees really seem to care.
