My pups absolutely love this place! Every time they go, they have a blast and come home totally exhausted from all the fun. I was definitely nervous the first time leaving them—my dogs are my whole world—but now I actually get excited to drop them off (even though I still miss them, of course!). Our dog has been going to pet paradise for over five years. He absolutely loves it which tells us everything we need to know about the place. He is overjoyed as soon as we pull in the parking lot and for good reason. Not only does he know the place but, he is greeted by name plus he is given love and pets as soon as he arrives. While we are away we can watch him at the playgrounds and pool through the app. He always looks like he is having the time of his life with his human and doggie friends. I am pretty sure that the place is okay for the animals. But as far as the people that work in this location are very judgmental. And half of them don't even really have a smile on their face. It's like they really don't care. Try to go in to get a job. And they're more worried about what you look like and smell like instead. Instead of worried about getting people in there to help them do their jobs and be normal considerate, people very judgmental of Torch people.
