I would definitely no longer recommend this place. We had been here in the past and had okay experiences. So we were not worried about boarding our dog here for an entire week. BIG MISTAKE! We booked our dog in the VIP suite and paid for extra play time. Yet almost every time we checked the camera in her suite she was just laying in there. Updated Review as of 1/16/26- after certain staffing left this resort has gone downhill. After my last couple of visits I’m going to be looking at other day cares for my dog. Their customer service skills are lacking and “policies” that randomly come up that have never been an issue before are ridiculous. Best doggy day care around!!! You can tell the staff cares for your pet. Amazing staff!! Great play yards for the dog!! I would recommend to anyone who has a dog!!
Always a pleasant experience. My dogs love it there.
