My pet stayed for 4 nights. They were communicating with me to give updates. I felt she was treated fairly while staying. The only thing I was a little concerned about was her possibly not properly eating. It could have been her too nervous to eat but she was lighter after picking her up from the facility.

I worked at a different kennel before, so l have a little experience with evaluating these places. Our two Boston Terriers were boarded there for the first time in February, 2026. The facility is clean, modern and there appears to be adequate staff for the large number of animals that go there. The cameras are a big plus for us worrywort dog parents. Brought my 2 dogs here while out of town for a long weekend. It was their 1st time. We reserved the patio suite ($39 per night, per dog) so the pups could have a little outdoor space when not in the play yard. I loved that they have cameras on the yards so you can check in with your pup throughout the day. They even called me when our 10 month old dog was scared to go in the yard to ask if we wanted individual play($16 per day) for him. Checking in and out was easy and everyone was super friendly. my experience, well, It is a praise report. Chloe is lovable little dog that would never approach people for the first two years of her life. It worried me because I wanted to share the love she has with others, and you crew were the best! I watched and was amazed at what I saw on your courtyards. I know she’s excited and can’t wait to go back again, but I just thought I’d let you know that. If they were anything, but loving, you would tell by your dogs Posture and these dogs are all over in the yard!

I paid 117.00 . No mention of how her half play date went. Grooming was a disaster.her body hair is uneven . Ears uneven. I paid extra for teeth brushing and ear cleaning. Hair still in ears and dirty. Jasmine did a horrible job. Not professional at all. Face is all choppy. I groom Cara so I know how she acts. Calm...He hair was to long for me to groom. What a rip off.
