my experience, well, It is a praise report. Chloe is lovable little dog that would never approach people for the first two years of her life. It worried me because I wanted to share the love she has with others, and you crew were the best! I watched and was amazed at what I saw on your courtyards. I know she’s excited and can’t wait to go back again, but I just thought I’d let you know that. If they were anything, but loving, you would tell by your dogs Posture and these dogs are all over in the yard!

I recently took my dog, Hulk, to Pet Paradise, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Hulk can be a big ball of energy, but they handled him with patience and care. I could tell he felt comfortable and happy there — which means everything to me. The facility was super clean, smelled fresh, and had plenty of space for the dogs to play. I loved getting updates and seeing how much fun Hulk was having. I’ve been boarding my dogs for the last 8 years in many states. 3-6 times a year depending on our work schedules and seeing family. (Excuse me while I go throw up at the amount of money that adds up to be. 😆😅) This place has surpassed them all in customer service, communication and overall quality of facility. My two fur babies love their stay at pet Paradise on the second day there one of them had a little medical emergency and they rushed her over to emergency vets office and they called me to let me know what was going on. The assistant manager stayed with her the entire time at the emergency vets and kept me informed what was going on. Fortunately, all she had was a little heat stress and they got her temperature back to normal and they took her back. Easy to book my dogs grooming, convenient times and location for booking, fair pricing, they ran on time and finished as they anticipated. The front desk helped me get my dogs immunization records from my vet without hesitation, she was a big help! And, my little Luna looks great👍
