Recently retired and have a spoiled Basset Hound not used to being alone. So Far we have used 2 different Pet Paradise (Newberry & Ocala) for 1/2 day “camp” care. He has been happy and they were efficient and professional & our info transfers to each facility . This week he will board in Winter Garden - I believe they even have an onsite vet !
We boarded our Great Dane and frenchie for the first time and we are really impressed! We watched on the cameras all the time and were so comforted seeing how patient and kind they were with our dogs! Will definitely be back in the future!
my experience, well, It is a praise report. Chloe is lovable little dog that would never approach people for the first two years of her life. It worried me because I wanted to share the love she has with others, and you crew were the best! I watched and was amazed at what I saw on your courtyards. I know she’s excited and can’t wait to go back again, but I just thought I’d let you know that. If they were anything, but loving, you would tell by your dogs Posture and these dogs are all over in the yard!
I would like to give a special shout-out to Eian and his manager at Pet Paradise. During one of the hardest moments our family has ever faced, they showed incredible compassion, kindness, and professionalism. I worked at a different kennel before, so l have a little experience with evaluating these places. Our two Boston Terriers were boarded there for the first time in February, 2026. The facility is clean, modern and there appears to be adequate staff for the large number of animals that go there. The cameras are a big plus for us worrywort dog parents.
