We took our nervous little dachshund for a 2 night visit. Upon arriving, there is a large window to view the outside playing area, which appeared to be separated into large and smaller dogs. There was a pool for dogs to cool off. There was a lot of dogs running, playing, and splashing. They all seemed to be having a blast. There were several attendants supervising the play. Everyone at Pet Paradise is wonderful. I can peek in on the WebCam if I Want to, and he’s always having a great time. The staff is very knowledgeable and It’s a wonderful experience every time
We entrusted this facility with our two Frenchies for an overnight stay, expecting them to be safe and well cared for. When we picked them up, one of our dogs had a large, open wound on the back of his neck, the staff didn’t even notice nor mention it, we immediately saw it and brought it up to the staff member. We later learned they are supposed to do an exit exam 2 hours before pickup and should have been aware of this. But nothing.
