Our pup loves this place! She has stayed here about 5 times now and always comes home tired from playing so much at camp. They take good care of her while we are out of town.
On 4/3, I experienced a frustrating phone interaction where I was placed on a "brief" hold for 15 minutes, only to return to a tone that made it seem like my boarding reservation question wasn't important—and then was asked to go on hold again. I've already spent $1,500 within the last month alone and was about to spend another $500, so I would expect to be treated with basic respect and consideration, like any other customer.
