As usual, Pet Paradise has exceeding there reputation, in the most positive way... We had to drop off our Fur Baby for a family medical issue that caused us to spend a couple of nights in the hospital. We has no worries about our Baby, because we knew she was in good hands. I could not pick her up myself, because I had to be at home with my Wife, so I called to see if my Mother could pick her up and I got the best Customer Service ever. Very friendly staff to start off, their check in was very simple and easy. They also posted pictures on their fb page constantly so we could see our dog while we were away. Will definitely use Pet Paradise again.

My dogs would put on the back brakes when we got there...that is a sign of something bad. Took them for grooming and one of my dogs came home with cuts - deep cuts near the eye also, and no one said anything to me...and if you board there...prepare for your dog to be locked in a small area 21 hours a days...it is overpriced and the people are not nice there and I do not see it as a good place to board or to get your dog groomed if they resist a little. Please do not take your dog to Enchantment if you are expecting good customer service. This place is extremely cold and unfriendly. The 2 gals at the front desk in the afternoon who you give your money too, are extremely rude, cold as ice and very robotic. They do not greet you, know your name or acknowledge your dog by their name. There are no "Thank Yous" or even a "Hello" All day camp is really only 2 sessions. This is my testimonial: On May 19th, 2012, two hours from my mommy and daddy picking me up from a week stay, one of your vet technicians broke my nail at the paw while attempting to cut my toenails. Blood was everywhere. The technician tried to stop the bleeding using powder, but that didn’t work, so she used the tissue glue instead. Over the next two weeks I had to go to 2 different veterinarians because my paw got infected and they prescribed me antibiotics and pain meds. Don't take your dog there, ours cried all the way home, ran right to the back door and I have never seen them pee for so long!! When I picked them up one had an eye infection and couldn't even open one of her eyes, the staff didn't even notice I had to bring it to there attention. We have 1 big dog and 2 little so we reserved two kennels and they kept them in one even after I confirmed it twice. The staff is not reliable. Gave specific instructions when dog was checked in to Mgr. Instructions were not followed and even called and spoke with another mgr to reiterate instructions for dog 2nd day of trip because they were not done as promised. I ended up coming home a day EARLY, after leaving several msgs with no call back , and decided to go get my dog!!!!

My dachsund has been attending daycare here for a month now. The drop off and pick up is quick and easy. The facility is beautiful and the staff is great.
