We left our lab for the first time at Pet Paradise this past week. They were so helpful and attentive. We paid for the VIP suite so that we could look at her through the cameras in the room .. It didn’t disappoint - it eased any doubt that she had a great visit. We watched on the outside cameras as all the dogs ran and played quite a bit during the day. I would not hesitate to bring her back for another visit! Thank you so much for allowing us to relax knowing Sophie was so well cared for!! 12 out of 10!!!

Had to leave my little pup, who had never been in a kennel, for 3 weeks due to out of state family emergency. . The staff was so attentive to my calls as I was sad and anxious for him. They gave him extra TLC, as he wasn’t eating like himself, and was a bit out of sorts. They made my family emergency circumstances that I was going through better! I knew Buddy was well taken care of so I could concentrate on helping my elderly mother in a time of need.
Our dog loved his day at Pet Paradise. The whole staff is great. We are having him stay for a week in the near future.
Online doesn’t translate to onsite. How can you sell extra play time if you don’t let puppies older than 6 mos not spayed play with other dogs?! I had let them know but too focused on selling to mention it.
