I brought my dog here for a one-day trial to see if he’d do well in their environment before booking a longer stay. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was communication — or the total lack of it. No one told me when to pick him up or whether they’d call with an update. I ended up calling them thirty minutes before closing, only to be told they were closing soon and I needed to come immediately. I was 45 minutes away. Excellent facility with caring staff. I feel very comfortable leaving my big dog in their care.
We were visiting the area for Fall Break and wanted to do some activities that weren't dog friendly so we scheduled our girl Stella for dog daycare. The booking process was so simple and easy. We received several reminders for her stay. When we got to the location it is beautiful and you can see the dogs playing in the yard area.
