Mixed reviews. Some people there are so nice and helpful, and some have no idea what they're doing. It's okay to make mistakes but contact owner right away so we don't get fees for cancelling. I was told one price on the phone and sent a receipt for more $ through email. The first two times we went the girls were awesome and reassuring, the last time another girl was very short with us and in a hurry and I never found out if the dogs were fed even after I asked,she said she would check but they brought them out and the girl ... read more

Left our dog, Bacchus, here for just about a week. When we picked him up he acted scared of his dad. Upon returning home he was sad/mopey for the first week after discharge. It took him time to acclimate back to being in a normal environment. Was told we would be able to see him on the cameras when he went outside- that someone would text us when we would be able to see him- we never received any communication to such an event. I came from California with my three cats in my car for over 36 hours, and I was so thankful for Pet Paradise for helping me by boarding my cats for a week while I managed everything and moved into my new apartment. The staff was unbelievably amazing—they stayed well-connected with me and continued to check in to see how my animals were doing. This is the best place, and I will only ever use Pet Paradise for all my animal boarding needs.
