I can’t speak to the experience of boarding a dog here, but do not board your cats here. We were promised that the cats would be let out everyday and after checking the webcam, some cats would be out for hours and some would have days where they didn’t go out at all. The cats had toys laid out for them to use but were rarely if ever actually played with. When staff came in they would not pet the cats even if they were rubbing on them. Beyond satisfied!!! A huge thank you to Alyssa, she did an AMAZING job with the grooming and bathing of our baby Cooper. Macie from the front desk was also a pleasure and we can see that Cooper was very well taken care of. Our poor baby is a nervous wreck but they knew how to calm him. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be bringing Cooper back!
What a remarkable group of people. Our dog is usually nervous around new people, but they had a way of comforting her and making the whole spa experience worthwhile. Thank you for all you do.
Our two dogs had great visits at Pet Paradise. The management and staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. We liked that they did a written report card the first day - all the staff took time and care to evaluate them and make sure they had a safe and fun stay. We will definitely be using them for dog boarding in the future. I highly recommend them!
