Extremely Disappointed We recently boarded our two dogs at Pet Paradise for 11 days and unfortunately, our experience left us very disappointed. From the moment we arrived to drop them off, we felt rushed, dismissed, and as if what we had to share about our dogs’ care was unimportant. The staff didn’t take the time to listen or acknowledge our concerns, which immediately made us uneasy about leaving them.
