They do take care of your pet, they all seem very happy, but just a couple of things they forgot to feed my dog dinner one night and she came home smelling like urine for two nights. But other than that it seems pretty okay I just wish they had more front desk workers to check in.
Purchased a 10 pass, and had 8 left but needed to pay full price against apparently the 8 expired. Wasn’t advised they would expire when I purchased or would. It have gotten. A waste of about $400.
2 stars is generous. This place is completely unorganized. They add on random late check out fees, they let you schedule a whole appointment only to let you know when you arrive that they updated ones, it took them 4 hours for a simple wash and blow dry.. I arrive (Since they never called) only for them to say they need 15 more mins. I’ve given this place many chances and they continue to be terrible.
The Pet Paradise staff are very respectful and efficient. They know my dog and treat my dog with extreme kindness. They are the only facility that allows you see where your dog is sleeping and playing. I appreciate everything they do for my dog.
