Boarded my puppy for the last time here. He came back sick (diarrhea) and not wanting to even walk in the direction of the building when we were leaving. Haven’t had good experiences before with them but had to find a quick option as we went out of town suddenly and thought I’d give them another try. Won’t be going back. Longer than usual wait times to pick up, 90% of the time I am waiting to be helped during check-in, no one is ever at the counter. I don’t get any updates unless I call or text or pictures. Our first time grooming experience was great, our second was not, I pulled clumps of hair from his lower belly area and head, I asked for the exact same service as the first time to be repeated and it wasn’t. My dogs recently boarded at Pet Paradise off Mall Drive and unfortunately came home with kennel cough. I also had difficulty calling to check on them over the weekend when I was out of town with a combination of the phone not being answered and also being put on 10+ minute holds. My dogs are vaccinated and up to date on bordetella however still got sick resulted in an expensive vet bill.
