They took special photos of my dog on her birthday without us even telling them. The people who work there truly love what they do and taking care of your pet. The staff is all so friendly and the place is clean and I love that they have one-on-one options for dogs who need more personal attention. Highly recommend!
The staff is caring, they understand the dogs, they are attentive and responsive.
This was our first time taking our dogs somewhere for lodging and we chose Pet paradise while we went on vacation and they had their own vacation there. The place is beautiful and we received daily cute little reports "Pawgress reports" that sounds like a letter from your pet along with pictures. They also have 24/7 webcam so you can see your pet at play times and very attentive if anything is going on that you need to know about or ask about to make sure your pet is safe and comfortable in their care. We had an appointment to have our dog evaluated and sent them his vaccination and rabies records, twice, more than a week in advance, for their review. Both times, I wrote to please let me know if they had any questions or needed anything else. There was no response, not even to let me know they had received my emails.
