I was extremely disappointed that my pet was turned away AFTER being cleared with his health concerns. Unfortunately, I found out the call center was giving me inaccurate information. I was already away from home--500 miles away when my husband dropped him off, so he could leave town on business. I was left to frantically make other arrangements from a distance.
