I love the reports and pictures I get of my boy Hank. I do wish the reports were as detailed as the Kyle location, but I’m happy that he’s happy regardless! They take good care of him, I enjoy seeing him play on the cameras. He’s done the day camp at the Kyle location and he’s been boarded here at the Cedar Park location. Both experiences were great:) He’ll be coming back to play soon!
Terrible customer service
This was my second time using their service. The first time, they cared for my puppy in the outdoor play area, and the experience was excellent. My puppy came home happy, clean, and well cared for, which is why I decided to use their services again. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. This time, they kept the dogs in "Tiny Town," a much smaller indoor area with crates stacked on top of each other. The environment appeared poorly maintained and didn't seem very clean. Highly recommend! The staff from scheduling to checking out is incredible. The updates on my dogs visit is an incredible service that is worth the extra cost. I have the anxiety dropping off my German shepherd and the staff is always so helpful! Communication and cleanliness are top notch!
