Pet Paradise in Cedar was really clean and the staff was very friendly and my young dog had a great time! I did however just receive an email saying they are requiring a flu vaccine and a lepto vaccine in October, so we won't be going after that date.
I had a very disappointing experience at Pet Paradise in Cedar Park, TX. From the beginning, there was confusion about my pet’s accommodations. I specifically reserved a private suite with a patio, but received a text indicating that he was placed in “Tiny Town,” which was not what I had booked or expected. Left town for a couple of days and left my 1yo Doxie. Her stay went smooth I had all the access via camera I needed. Great Experience
I took my dogs in for a complete groom and for $160 picked up two stinky dogs that had been given a haircut, no bath! I called and it was basically silence, no offer to redo or make things right or anything. Just oh, ok. Very disappointed. I loved taking them there, it was convenient and they’ve always done a great job until now. This time I was charged for services not given.
