I have been raving about Pet Paradise since my dog Olive’s first trial visit there and I cannot recommend them enough! I took advantage of their first night free offer to do a trial for just one night and my dog LOVED IT. We’ve done a one-night stay up to a 8-night stay. I was very disappointed with my dog's experience at Pet Paradise. Rating 2/5 stars because management was at least receptive to hearing my concerns and promised to take steps to rectify the problem. At first I was looking forward to boarding my beagle at Pet Paradise after reading the positive reviews, information about their staff experience on the website, and my tour.
