We had a great experience at Pet Paradise Bartram! Our dog takes a while to warm up to people he doesn’t know. This was not a problem for the wonderful staff at this facility. Assistant Manager Jen was especially kind, caring and very patient with him. She went out of her way to make him feel comfortable and relieve his stress. At Pet Paradise over racetrack Road the staff is very nice. They can take care of the pets really well my dog Winnie enjoyed going so I will be taking her back the kennels and their play areas. They keep very well cleaned and their prices are not bad.
STAY AWAY!! I boarded my two Golden Retrievers at Pet Paradise from Friday to Monday. When I picked one of them up, he seemed very off. Once I got home I noticed blood on his neck and face, and after taking a closer look it was clear something was seriously wrong. I immediately took him to the vet, where they diagnosed him with a pretty severe skin infection on his neck and face. The area was red, inflamed, and clearly painful for him. The groomers here have listened and done a great job with my two doodles. The business is clean, the environment friendly and professional. I highly recommend checking out their services for your favorite critters!
Great staff, you can tell they really care about all dogs not just yours. But they also pay attention to just individual dogs. ROCKY lives going there
