I take my dog here ONLY for grooming, which is fine. However I witnessed some extremely aggressive dog behavior in the play area where all the dogs are at. You can see through the window at the reception check-in. This was a little bit before 10:30 a.m., EST on February 6, 2026. Two larger dogs were in a smaller dog's ears barking non-stop. Okay, fine. I had my small dog groomed at Pet Paradise. I had a great experience… making the appointment I line was easy, checking in was easy and the staff was patient, kind and very loving to my dog. I was notified when my dog was almost finished and when I went to pick him up, they were ready for me and the process was easy. I did not meet the groomer but they did an excellent job. I will definitely go back!

Thanks for always giving my Lottie love that she deserves. I feel like I can trust you guys that’s we keep coming back.Lottie enjoys her stays as well.
