Pet Paradise Ballantyne took such great care of Dexter during his stay! The staff was friendly, caring, and kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Dexter came home happy, well cared for, and clearly loved all the attention he received. The facility was clean, organized, and the team truly treats the dogs like family. The ENTIRE STAFF is WONDERFUL
I thought about bringing my dog here so I watched one of their webcams for about 15 minutes. The person responsible for supervising the dogs did not look up from her phone the entire time. I decided it was not a good place for my dog. It's a nice facility but the staff needs to be more attentive with the dogs. Phones should be banned while on the job.
