Again disappointed. The first couple of times I took my dog here, when I got there to pick him up I was greeted enthusiastically and the person who went and got my dog and brought him to me told me what and how he had done that day and who he made friends with etc. Every time since then they have nothing to say except here he is. I know he’s not human but I’d like a report about his day. Just saying.
My dogs have been here numerous times and they love it. OWEN starts whimpering as soon as we turn into the parking lot. Staff are friendly and facility is very clean. Great place to board your dogs and finger a doggy doo!
I was so impressed with all the employees and the place itself. It is so clean and everyone is so friendly. Ginger Grace enjoyed her first day of play and was nice and tired when I picked her up. There are so many activities for them to do, and you can just feel how everyone loves their jobs. No doubt my baby girl is safe and taken very good care of. I strongly recommend this to any nervous mommies to give them a chance, you will love it !!!

We love Pet Paradise but most importantly our Coco loves going to doggie day camp.... she loves the staff and all her furry friends there!
I have been taking my Goldendoodle here for 4 years to get groomed. Today I took her to a new groomer who was condescending and rude. My dog jumped on her, as many dogs do, I’m not saying my dog is perfect but the groomer tells me she needs training. Then she complains about her coat been too matted, then she tells me she’s going to give me a rate increase from $60-$85, when I asked to speak to the manager they blame it on me saying I’ve underpaying for too long.
