disapointed We have used this place before for grooming they do a very good job and once for boarding a dog.But this time we called them 4 days in advanced and let the women know we would need a 6 am drop off and she assured me that would be no problem i told her 3 x i needed to leave town at 6 am and she said she would be there .Needless to say she did not show up and we had to make other last minute arrangements so she totally screwed us.SO I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM .

Lil shop of Big hearts I started taking my animals to Pet Palace about 3 years ago. The owner Breanda has been groomering for over 20 years. (So very experienced) When you walk in you"ll see a number of different kinds of animals some she has rescued, she has saved many lil lives. You won't find a bigger animal lover then her! Once a month a vet comes in to offer services at very low prices. Just another little thing to help out the animals. Use another place! Absolutly the worst dog groomer we have ever used. They told us two hours and forty dollars when we took our dog there. Really took about five hours before they worked on him. When my husband first attempted to pick up the dog, he gave them the forty dollars and they told him "we didn't expect the dog to be such a pain, price is now fifty dollars." So, having only the forty they quoted, he had to drive to the ATM and get out money to pay for their new price. The dog looked shabby!

Absolutely the worst experience of our little dog's life thus far! Pet Palace was contracted to do a pick up and delivery grooming service for our dog. We were given an appointment for pick up but no further info. When the girl came to pick up the dog we asked her how they would like to be paid, her answer was that they would call us. Four hours later we called to find out when the dog would be dropped off and how they wanted to be paid, we assumed credit card would be OK.
