They let my dog in the house, which was fine but she had an accident and they "tried" to clean it up. The really bad thing was they didnt tell me! I didnt see the urine stain on the carpet until almost a week later! My house smelled horrible and still does. We are going to have to have a professional come clean our carpet now. Only use them if you are out of options.
