My beloved Keno was there for 7 years everyday for play care and he was treated like royalty

We boarded my puppy for the first time a few weeks ago. Needless to say i was nervous and so was my Stella girl. The staff was beyond amazing. They helped her adjust to her new surroundings.. they were all very understanding that she is not a dog that loves crazy groups. Stella found her friends in the quite group and did well. I called multiple times a day and they were always there to reassure me and give me updates. I can’t not express how wonderful this group of people were when it came to taking care of my baby.

I have brought my dogs to board here for many years and have always loved it! Several years ago I had an emergency with one of my dogs and brought him to the veterinary hospital. They gave him prompt and excellent care, and since then Middlehope has been my veterinarian care. We always get excellent, thorough and compassionate care. I can’t say enough good things about this facility!!!
I get my Old English Sheepdog groomed at Pet N Play and he always comes home beautiful!!
As a pet owner travel can be problematic if you don't have a safe and happy place to board your pets. T I board my rescurs, Annie and Zak at Pet N Play in Middlehope, NY when I go on trips - some as long as two-three weeks. I TOTALLY trust the staff. The dogs are happy, healthy and their needs are taken care of by a loving, fantastic staff. An added plus is that the Vet is next door and owns this facility which is carefully monitored. We had to puppy sit Lulu, little pug. we were a little worried about dropping her off, but, it turned out great!! Lulu loved them, she would get so excited! They turned out to be great people and had a genuine love for her, along with all the dogs, from what we observed. Thank u for everything! If Lulu comes back to visit, we will be bringing her back to play! Smushed face protocol!! 😁😍
