Due to unforeseen circumstances Hanks Short stay turned into a longer one and they were able to keep him and accommodate him even giving him the bottom floor due to his poor ambulation and hip dysplasia! We have brought our dogs Barnaby & Zoey a couple times now and the staff are always great. I can text to check in and they are good with communication. We like having a place we can trust and know that the dogs are getting the attention they need. It’s also a good opportunity for them to be around other dogs and people. Would definitely recommend. -Michelle

Horrible Experience. TWould give zero stars, if possible. They do not check your dog's vaccination records at all and do not care about the health of your dog. They will lie day and night to cover themselves, will not own up to any mistakes, ignore your phone calls because they know they are in the wrong, and take zero accountability for their actions, even when it comes to the health of an animal. My dog went there 3 days a week for about 6months. During that time he has been bit by another dog and had stitches, kennel cough twice and ripped his nose open on a kennel because they would not let him out. The workers seem very friendly and seem to love our dog but obviously this place has problems. Today we pulled him out of school and the main reason was because a manager told my husband that our dog was not a good fit. A Good Fit???? Really!!!!!
It's a great place for your pet to socialize and have fun and the staff members are very friendly and attentive
