Friendly team, willing to help carry pets in. They take an interest in your pets and enough time to answer questions. Very gentle and caring with animals. Dr. DeVries is highly knowledgeable on all areas of animal health and offers helpful tips and suggestions. I needed to ask a follow up question and she called me right back. Been going there for many years (6 pets) and have referred them to others.
Everyone was nice. The vet was thorough with the exam. She took her time and explained everything. I highly recommend Pet Medical Center of Urbandale.
Lexi came in shaking and a couple of minutes later, she was following the Dr and staff around. Very knowledgeable and caring visit.
