I have been bringing my cats to Pet Medical Center of Springfield for 9 years and have always had wonderful experiences. Today, however, Dr. Christine Ku went over and above. My poor kitty had dislocated or broken her mandible. Unfortunately they can’t treat her at this facility, but Dr. Ku called oral surgeons throughout VA, MD, and PA to find one that could accept my cat. The staff is kind, always answered our questions, but the quality of care is not worth the price. We’ve been bringing both our cats here for years. It’s always just been routine check ups, vaccinations, that sort of thing. And to be honest I always thought they were charging a lot for those. The moment one of our cats actually had a real problem, no one here knew what to do. We brought him in about 6 times, spent thousands of dollars, all while our cat was suffering from a debilitating skin condition for 5 months. I had the ... read more
