My Tilly girl absolutely LOVES all the workers at Pet Me, Scratch Me La Crosse. I'm pretty sure the feeling is mutual toward Tilly as well. She has so much fun while she's there that we typically don't even make it 3 blocks away and she lays down in the vehicle and falls asleep. The excitement that ensues as we pull up in the mornings can't even be put into words. Best Doggy Daycare EVER!!
Overall good experiences. Just one event where we booked an appointment in person and 8 weeks later when we arrived got a grooming, they said it was never done and we had to wait another 8 weeks to get our dogs groomed.
Gunnar is always super excited to go to daycare and having the ability to board him overnight with the option of adding in daycare the day of and day after is a comfort for us knowing he'll be busy and have as much fun as he does if only there during the day for day care. This last time Gunnar got a little scratch from another dog, it wasn't bad at all, and I was made aware of it and explained that if vet services were needed PMSM would take care of that. My Bernedoodle loves going to Pet Me Scratch Me! She always comes home happy and tired. The employees know her and me by name when we walk in and make us feel welcome! I recommend PMSM for your furry family members!
