Pet Stuff They have everything you could ever think of for your pets and probably a lot more than you haven't thought of. I have bought toys, beds and treats from this place. The prices are pretty good and the staff are awesome.
great pet place If you want to adopt a wonderful addition to your family, this is the place to go. They will treat you and your pet like a park of their extended family. They are eager to help and please.
dirty store The smell when you walk in is awful...maybe I caught them on a bad day, I don't know. They have a few big dogs that run around and greet you when you come in. I wanted to take all the animals home because they were in cramped dirty cages. They have a little bit of everything, though, so if you just need to pick up a few things its ok.
Pet toys and more We have gotten our pets a few items here. Some great cat nip toys for the cats and a lot of chew toys for the dogs. Everyone was happy. We also found great treats.
When I needed a soft cone for my cat Milton this was the only place that had it in stock in all the sizes. They were very helpful and kind enough to let me buy two sizes and return the one that didn't fit even if I opened it and tried it on him. I ended up keeping both since I needed a back up and they both worked fine. Ample lot parking.
New Owners are Terrific! – New owners have re-aranged, cleaned, painted and all in all, madeit terrific and lovely. I like a particular brand of cat food, Rad Cat and so they are ordering it. LOVE IT! No, they do not sell any pets other than rescues, so? People know if they have a problem and cannot keep the animal, probably they can bring them here for care and a home. STAY AWAY! – The way my boyfriend and I were treated when we went to Pet Mania was absolutely unacceptable for any business, big or small. We stopped by to check it out on a whim, as I am an animal lover and really miss having a pet of my own. While we were there, my boyfriend put his hand up near the rodent cage, and in an instant one of them jumped up and took a chunk out of one of his fingers. I mean A CHUNK!!!! Pet Mania has terrible Customer Service-----Do not go here!! – WARNING--I will never step foot in Pet Mania again. Laura the manager was extremely rude. Laura is incredibly rude to anyone and everyone that steps foot in Pet Mania. I would never in a million years have this woman working for me. Laura has the worst customer service, someone needs to train her on how to act and treat customers. Laura's attitude is crappy and her appearance is just as bad if not worse.
