I had a good experience with the doctor but the medication prices are absolutely ridiculous. I felt like I had no choice but to say yes. However, upon checking the average prices for both the anti-flammatory and the painkiller, I don’t think they were reasonable to put it nicely. I found the most expensive Gabapentin on Earth! 🤣🤷🏼♀️ I tried to ask for an explanation but I never got a response.
What an amazing staff here, we had a recommendation to come here and we had an emergency with our Roxie, and explained the nail trauma and they were able to examine her and doctor gave us some education on how to care for her nails and explain her dietary issues and With Carla being so attentive, she is so sweet that roxie warmed up to her so fast and allow Carla to take good care of her. We can’t thank Carla and doctor and staff for taking good care of our babies
What I love most about this place is how quickly they accommodate me and my pup for last minute appointments. Sometimes things come up quickly and the staff is so nice and friendly and usually can get me in the same day! The medical staff is very thorough and yet I am in and out in no time. Very happy with my experiences here.
The first time was at Pet Lux the service was great by an Asian vet ( sorry I don't remember her name). She was caring and passionate. So I went there a few months later and was seen by a new vet who didn't introduce himself and was rude and condescending. The pricing was extremely high in the communication was non-existent. I think that the comments by the owner are very condescending. Basically if you don't like our operation go somewhere else rather than try to solve the problem.
We recently moved to the Palm Springs with our senior dog. PetLUX has been great in picking up all her needs. Very friendly staff and easy to get an appointment for reasonable prices.
