Pet Lux with Dr Baumgard and Dr Kim are amazing. We have a home in Denver and Palm Springs and use Pat Lux when in CA. They are compassionate and caring especially with our recent loss of our dog Colton due to lymphoma . I highly recommend their office to anyone who wants excellent care for any of their pets.
If you’re looking for affordable services, this isn’t the place. They are a high-end vet clinic. -Nothing wrong with that- just not in my budget. I say this because they require a $85 consultation appointment before giving a you any prices of services they offer, and it doesn’t even go towards the service if you do end up booking she said. Left a nice Yelp review today as well. . Such a pleasant experience at this establishment. My Cat Simon and I will return. Simon had his nails clipped which can be very scary for any kitty . He was very calm and I had no stress as well. Customer service is soooo important whether in person or on the phone and PET LUX gave us both. I am thrilled we found you PET LUX in Palm Springs .
