Absolutely loved this place from start to finish when handling my kitty. Amazing staff. They made me feel at ease right away and upon arrival to pick her up they took the time to explain everything with aftercare and additional things they found. Even walked Luna out to the car with us. Everyone seems to love their jobs and genuinely loves your animals. We took our other animals elsewhere before we found Pet Luv. I would never go anywhere else after this. Thank you for taking such good care of her.
It was fast and cheap On one hand the staff was nice and even with a large line it didn't take long. Also cost efficient. However after getting home from my min pin being neutered I noticed that he was burnt pretty bad on his scrotum and it had nothing to do with the cut for surgery. They failed to mention it all while we picked him up, even tho the burn was severe lookin. Very disappointed
