Pet Lodge & Spa is a full service grooming, lodging and day care facility. Our facility is fully air conditioned and contains 10,000 square feet of dog friendly play areas. Pet Lodge & Spa is unique to Central Florida because we have staff on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. In addition, we have lodge cams available for you to watch our operation and your pet.

I received a call from the office manager stating that my dog was missing his vaccination records and that his boarding (which started today until the 24) would be cancelled if I did not email ot ASAP.. I emailed the certificate (this had been sent before). I called to confirm that she had received it. She said she did and we hung up. I arrived to the pet lodge at 1 and had to send my son to request a loner leash because I had forgotten ours at home. Our baby Dixie loves going to Pet Lodge and Spa in Leesburg, Fl. She has been going here since 2015 and really likes it. I like that I can see her when she is in the play yard and watch her either laying around or looking forward to potty break. The personnel seems to care about the dogs and give them treats and their medicine if necessary. Our pup likes going here and we haven’t had a problem to this date. Definitely give this place 5 stars.

My dogs enjoy going to Pet Lodge. The staff is friendly and professional and they are reasonably priced! Highly recommend. Blue and George also approve.
Love them. They are careful with our pets, listen about their quirks, courteous staff, well taken care of pets, easy to work with, the best hours for travelling.
Sandy gave my Husky away while I sit here in rehab. cal lb them to tell them I will b there Thursday to pick up my Baby girl up n I find d out Sandy gave her away.HOW IN TGE HELK CAN SHE JUST GIVE MY DOG AWAY??? WHEN I CALLED THERE TODAY I FOUND OUT SANDY THE WORTHLESS POS GAVE MY DOG AWAY. I RECEIVED NO NOTICE. I GET ALL MY MAIL IN REHAB N NOTHING WCER CAME. I WAS TOLD BY SANDY SHE DIDNT SEND ME A LETTER BECAUSE SHE DIDNT KNIW WHERE I WAS. AGAIN A MY MAIL FORWARDED TO ME IN REHAB
Terrible policies with owners and managers that aren’t empowered to make decisions. Would not release my dog and forced to board overnight. No way
