Pet Lodge & Spa is unique to Central Florida because we have staff on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. I received a call from the office manager stating that my dog was missing his vaccination records and that his boarding (which started today until the 24) would be cancelled if I did not email ot ASAP.. I emailed the certificate (this had been sent before). I called to confirm that she had received it. She said she did and we hung up. I arrived to the pet lodge at 1 and had to send my son to request a loner leash because I had forgotten ours at home. Our baby Dixie loves going to Pet Lodge and Spa in Leesburg, Fl. She has been going here since 2015 and really likes it. I like that I can see her when she is in the play yard and watch her either laying around or looking forward to potty break. The personnel seems to care about the dogs and give them treats and their medicine if necessary. Our pup likes going here and we haven’t had a problem to this date. Definitely give this place 5 stars.
