Employees aren’t well trained to work with people. I was told Friday I would have to wait awhile when I checked in and the employee got an attitude with me and decided to lecture me on wait times. I took my dog home and had a friend watch the dog. I asked for the owner to call me...no call. If management can’t call someone back, they can’t be expected to care for your pet either.
Ever since we've been bringing our puppy Rottweiler, Koa, here he has been a completely better dog. His socialization is so awesome! Etta and her staff are great and truly love and care for the animals!

My dogs loved it they were spoiled rotten they got a little scarf to put around their necks and we're just wagging their tails happy and safe as can be I would trust them with my dogs anytime I need to take a trip

I love Pet House Suites. I had a Corgi that spent many a time there..she was deaf and was leary of lots of people, but when she went there it was evident that she was treated well..she loved being there. Believe me if they were not great people I would have known thru Muffin...being born deaf she did not trust anyone except my husband and I and if she was happy while there, that is great testimony to all the personnel that work there.
